As Director Dave is responsible for overseeing all the activities of The Lighthouse Foundation. He is also the visionary of Lighthouse; having established and pioneered The Life Centre, he is now making plans for "stage two" accommodation and another centre for young women and families affected by drug addiction.

Dave is married to Maxine and has 3 Children, Rebecca, Jessica and Samuel.

Job Description:

Affectionately referred to as "The General" among students and staff, Ian is responsible for the "hands on", day-to-day running of the Life Centre. Ian is crucial to the centre's management. He ensures all aspect of the centre are running together smoothly and efficiently. He is also responsible for a large part of our contact with local government agencies and Supporting People.

Ian is married to Linda and has three children, Phil, Gabriella and Georgina .

Name: Daniel Royle

Job Title: Jr. Support Worker

Job Description:

As our Jr. Support Officer, Daniel's role is to support the students in all aspects of the Apprenticeship for Life programme. This includes mentoring, and offering emotional and spiritual support through the apprenticeship process. He gives practical support in areas of health and well-being also.

Daniel is married to Audrey, who is also a member of the Lighthouse Staff. They met doing ministry together at Church @ The Foundry. The couple were married on May 16th, 2008 in Mississippi, USA.

Name: Rod Williams

Job Title: Support Officer

Job Description:

As a Support Officer, Rod is responsible for helping current students in the Apprenticeship for Life programme. Having successfully completed the programme himself, he offers support in all areas and walks side by side with the students along their journey. Rod also supports those waiting to enter the programme and helps them to access all relevant services relating to the individual needs.

Rod is married to Kate, whom he met while on the Apprenticeship for Life programme.

	Name: Maxine Tierney	Job Title: Finance Officer
	Job Description: Maxine is responsible for overseeing the finances of the centre. She aministrates the accounts of the charity and oversees the finances of all Lighthouse students. Maxine is married to David and they have three children together, Rebecca, Jessica, and Samuel.

Name: Audrey Royle - Evans

Job Title: Office Manager

Job Description:

Originally from Mississippi, USA, Audrey is our resident American! Audrey's role is to oversee and manage the Lighthouse general office. This includes taking on the admin of the office, desktop design and publishing, media presentations, and supporting the staff by taking care of the technology side of things. Audrey also assists in our drug education program and handles the bookings from schools. Audrey makes sure that the logistics of the office and The Lighthouse run as smoothly as possible.
