As Director Dave is responsible for overseeing all the activities of The Lighthouse Foundation. He is also the visionary of Lighthouse; having established and pioneered The Life Centre, he is now making plans for "stage two" accommodation and another centre for young women and families affected by drug addiction. Dave is married to Maxine and has 3 Children, Rebecca, Jessica and Samuel.
Name: Ian Aitken Job Title: Centre Manager
Job Description:

Ian is responsible for the "hands on", day-to-day running of the Life Centre. Ian is crucial to the centre's management overseeing our contact with local government agencies and Supporting People. He is married to Linda and has three children, Phil, Gabriella and Georgina .
Name: Peter Hall Job Title: Senior Support Officer
Job Description:

The supporting role is to support the students in all aspects of the Apprenticeship for Life programme. This includes mentoring, emotional and spiritual support through the apprenticeship process. Giving practical support in areas of health and well being also.

Peter is married to Thea who he met at church while on the Lighthouse Life Centre programme.
Name: Alan Rathbone Job Title: Outreach worker

Job Description:

As detached worker Alan is responsible for helping current students move on from the Apprenticeship for Life programme into their own accommodation. Alan also supports those waiting to enter the programme and helps them to access all relevant services relating to the individual needs
